Joey Wilkins, B.Sc., P. Geo.

Mr. Joseph (Joey) Wilkins has worked as a geologist for 30 years, including 23 years with various entities of Rio Tinto Exploration (Kennecott Exploration and US Borax). A graduate in Geoscience from the University of Arizona, Mr. Wilkins has extensive experience in exploration for porphyry copper worldwide, Au-Ag epithermal deposits, Ni-Cu-PGM deposits, and borate deposits.
Mr. Wilkins was based in Mexico for 6 years with an emphasis on porphyry type systems including work on Penasquito and peripheral to Cananea. Later, focused on brown field or ‘near mine’ exploration peripheral to Bingham Canyon in Utah. Starting in 2010 and for a period of three years, he was employed as Chief Geologist by the McLeod Williams Capital Corp group which includes Full Metal Minerals Ltd. and Revolution Resources (now IDM Mining Ltd.).
Since March 2013, Mr. Wilkins has been President and CEO of Aztec Metals in which he has been instrumental in acquisition of mineral property interests in North America and Mexico, including the Cervantes Property.
Philip Yee, MBA, CPA
Philip Yee is a professional accountant with graduate degrees in business and engineering, and has over 20 years’ experience in corporate management, regulatory and compliance, accounting and audit, and taxation for both private and public companies.
From 1997 to 2003 he acted as Controller for Augusta Group. Following this Mr. Yee held various roles at Endeavour Silver Corp, including Chief Financial Officer. From November 2009 to October 2011 he was Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Finance for Parallel Resources Ltd. From 2003 to present, Mr. Yee has been the Controller and then Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Finance for Canarc Resource Corp.
VP Investor Relations
Mr. MacRae is a mining investor relations professional with 23 years of experience in investor relations, commodities trading and corporate development within the global mining industry. Most recently, he was the director of investor relations for Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd., a silver producer with assets based in Mexico.
Mr. MacRae attended the University of Calgary and started his career in 1994, spending 10 years as a commodity trader and concentrate marketer for Mitsui & Co. (Canada) Ltd. Over the next 13 years, Mr. MacRae then moved to investor relations with such companies as First Majestic, Farallon Mining (sold to Nyrstar) and Novagold Resources.
